3.06.2010 The Recording Tour got a writeup in Groove Magazine, a magazine for expats in Korea. Nice! I looked around but couldn't find it in the online version -- evidently it's only in the printed magazine, so unless you're in Korea and you can pick up a March copy of Groove, you'll just have to believe me that it was a nice writeup. I REALLY have to finish mixing this thing.
11.27.2008 The Recording Tour of Love is done. Now for lots of mixing and catching the blog up to the present. Enjoy the wait!
10.13.2008 My Recording Tour of Love is 3/4 done! I have only one more Loop left, covering the Southwest, and I'm done! Keep yourselves tuned.

12.18.2007 Starring Jessica Lofbomm as the ghost of Christmas present! Speaking of Christmas presents, Jessica approached me about recording a Christmas carol, and it so happens I love arranging those. So I had her over to the studio and we recorded this. Enjoy!
12.12.2007 I recently joined CouchSurfing, which is one of the most exciting global web services ever. Basically, it's a community site for travellers and hosts to interact and find each other. Check it.
11.24.2007 I've been doing a lot of scripting for KoLmafia, a Java interface for the awesome online game Kingdom of Loathing. You can check out my most lauded scripts at the Script Repository. Hehe.
11.11.2007 My excellent host has recently upgraded to PHP 5. Unfortunately, that means some things might not be working and you might find errors. I'm working on it, but I might not find everything right away, so please let me know of any errors you find. Thanks.
9.14.2007 Since I was still thinking about it, I just went all out and integrated the metalogin into the Compendium. Now it will track your reading, and allow you to pick your favorites. Whee!
9.12.2007 I completely rewrote the Compendium today, again using PHP. As far as your experience is concerned, it's essentially unchanged (although now there's a fun trick when you click the logo), but believe me -- it's super-svelte underneath.
8.17.2007 Just added the second batch of Korean student English quotes in the Quotebook. They're great!
8.16.2007 A huge load of pictures is up now from my trip to Jeju-do last weekend! Where? Well, I've officially joined Flickr now so they're all up over there. Check it.
8.04.2007 Serious renovations on the music site! It took me the better part of two days, but I finally debugged the Flash player, so now HQ streaming audio with a snappy little interface works throughout. In addition, I added my senior recital from my final year at NCU (as a free album), made a new graphic for The Computer Sessions, and cleaned up some code. All around a productive couple days.
8.02.2007 New song "I Choose to Lose" just kind of fell together over the last couple days. It's up on my IAC site. From a lyrical perspective, I feel like it says something new. At least, I've never heard this concept expressed before in a song.
7.21.2007 Today marks the official launch of Zach Bardon Software version 2.0! I've been working on this for several weeks now. Product info pages still need work, but otherwise it's a beaut. Come get your funky needs supplied.
7.08.2007 Just checked download.com and noticed that m3u-HTML Converter is sitting at 3,885 downloads! Not bad considering it's not even finished...
5.30.2007 The Metapage now has RSS news feeds for each sitelet, personally hand-coded by yours truly, including a smart little backend that you can't even see unless you're logged in as me. Now you can stay Metapage-savvy with any RSS reader.

5.20.2007 A new chapter "My English students" in the Quotebook. Some great stuff.

5.13.2007 The Metapage now sports a Mac-style dock (CSS and JavaScript, no Flash!), with individual little sitelet logos. Also consolidated the links to make the page look cleaner.

3.17.2006 New picture catalogue: "Cloning Gone Awry"

8.20.2005 Converted all the picture catalogues to use PHP! That means most of the pictures have captions now, and the ones that don't, you can write your own! Fun! Plus, there's a new catalogue: "Scanner Art." Check it!

4.06.2005 Zach and fellow singer/songwriter Amaryah played at Bordertown (a little north of 16th Ave. and University, by the U). Zach did a lot of his songs, and really started to feel internal pressure to finish some of his newer songs underway. Also, Amaryah did her usual "playing good music" thing, performing one of Zach's new favorite songs, which is probably called something like "Today's Been a Long Week."
3.17.2005 There it was, Zach's hour(s) of glory. Zach hopes that if you came, you enjoyed it, and that if you didn't come, you had a really good excuse...

A strong musician lineup, including many musical guests. It was a great show and a lot of fun. Special thanks to the friends that made it out or up or over.
